Log harvesting is carried out over an area covering Three Valley Gap to the East, Chase to the West,
Salmon Arm to the South, and the Seymour River valley to the North. The timber is felled and skidded to the landings where it is loaded on logging trucks and hauled to log
watering and storage areas on Shuswap Lake. The log booms are then towed by tugboats to the sawmill and plywood plant for
processing. Lakeshore beachcombing is conducted for log recovery and environmental stewardship.
