Reforestation

Canoe Forest Products Limited (CFP) is committed to long term sustainable forest management. A significant part of that commitment is reforestation of harvested lands within our operating area. CFP uses a mix of 7 different tree species that are biologically suited to, and ensure biodiversity over the landscape. CFP plants approximately 1.2 million seedlings annually. Plantations are closely monitored for up to 20 years to ensure continued success and long term productivity. CFP takes pride in caring for today’s forests for the future.
